Frank Watson

Founder & Chairman

The founder of RavenTek, Frank Watson, a United States Navy Veteran and Alaskan Native, is a visionary leader, serial entrepreneur, and innovator with over 25 years of experience improving business performance, revenue gains and profitability. As a strong motivator of people and developer of management talent in a team environment, Frank has demonstrated success in the government sector, spanning defense and civilian agencies, systems integrators, and commercial enterprises.

Throughout Frank’s career he has been known for innovative thinking, strategic planning, and decisive execution, leading to numerous successes and achievements. Frank’s unique perspective as an Alaskan Native has also provided valuable insights into the challenges facing Indigenous communities. Over the years, he has dedicated himself to uplifting these communities by partnering with the Tribes and helping them grow their federal contracting revenue streams.

Mike Riordan

Chief Executive Officer

Mike Riordan is an experienced business leader with a passion for innovation and technology. As the CEO of RavenTek, a leading digital transformation and cyber security solutions provider, he is responsible for driving the company’s growth and helping clients achieve their digital transformation goals.

Mike began his career in finance before later pursuing his interest in technology. His passion drove him to become an expert in the business of cloud computing, cybersecurity and digital strategy. His track record of success in the tech industry includes holding senior executive positions at several leading firms prior to co-founding RavenTek in 2015.  Under Mike’s leadership, RavenTek has grown into an industry leader in its field, delivering cutting edge solutions to their customers while simultaneously enabling and improving the well-being of underserved communities through its leading, small-disadvantaged-business-partnership strategy.

In addition to his work at RavenTek, Mike is also an active member of the tech community and frequently speaks at industry events and conferences. He is committed to mentoring the next generation of tech leaders and has served as a mentor and advisor to several startups and young professionals. 

Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Finance from Penn State University. He is known for his innovative thinking, strategic vision, commitment to excellence, and commitment to giving back through charitable endeavors.

Ghattas Hajjo

Partner

Leveraging over 30 years of industry experience, Ghattas Hajjo serves on the RavenTek board and provides support for establishing and maintaining relationships with key partners and vendors. He also assists in the company’s strategic growth and overall business ventures.

Prior to RavenTek, Ghattas co-founded MCW Solutions, a network infrastructure firm that provided products and services to some of the world’s largest tech companies across multiple continents. In his role at MCW, Ghattas was responsible for the overall growth, financial performance and strategic direction for the business. Post-acquisition by Diversified, he was responsible for the company’s global enterprise security solutions business. His experience includes multiple startups as well as leading sales organizations in tech. 

Angel Ganczak

Chief Administrative Officer

Angel Ganczak is a highly effective motivator with a keen eye for the big picture and a strong desire to drive improvements. In her role as Chief Administrative Officer, Angel is dedicated to optimizing performance and ensuring compliance by streamlining processes and improving efficiencies.

With extensive experience in finance, government contracting, business development, and growing small businesses, as well as a background as Chief Operating Officer of a multi-state law firm with more than 200 employees, Angel brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to RavenTek. Since joining the company in 2016, Angel has played an instrumental role in building a strong foundation for the business and developing a robust administrative support structure.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Angel is also a former national-level competitive gymnast who has leveraged her athletic background to inspire and lead teams in the business world. She is passionate about giving back to the community and has worked as a mentor and life coach, sharing her expertise with people of all ages.

Chris Riordan

Chief Technology Officer

As RavenTek’s CTO, Chris Riordan provides guidance and oversight on the latest technologies for a range of large government IT initiatives and programs. His expertise as a full-stack engineer and solutions architect has enabled him to work closely with the Department of Defense, federal civilian agencies, as well as SLED commercial and healthcare customers.

One of Chris’s most notable achievements at RavenTek is the development of the RavenVISION framework, a consolidated observability platform that provides customers with an aggregated view of various visibility datasets across their environments. This innovative solution has proven invaluable for organizations seeking to enhance their IT infrastructure and security posture across different sectors.

Under Chris’s leadership, RavenTek has adopted a data-driven approach to inform architecture and engineer roadmaps that enable customers to use data as a foundation for successful zero trust architectures. This methodology has not only allowed organizations to comply with federal mandates but also optimize their IT performance across a variety of industries.

With a career spanning the growth of disadvantaged companies into successful IT contracting firms and his 7-year stint at RavenTek, Chris has consistently demonstrated his ability to adapt to the ever-evolving world of IT and deliver innovative solutions that drive success for his clients.

Darren Schmid

Chief Operating Officer

As RavenTek’s Chief Operating Officer, Darren Schmid leads the organization’s PMO, overseeing the engineering team, operations, and recruiting. With over 24 years of experience in government contracting, PMO operations, sales, and strategic growth management, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role.

With more than two decades of experience in building successful operational management teams, Darren is known for his visionary approach to leadership, and he is committed to helping RavenTek continue to grow and mature as a top-tier federal consulting organization.

Throughout his career, Darren has demonstrated exceptional skills in integrating technology, organizational principles and workforce management techniques to enhance productivity, efficiency and operating margins. He has a proven track record of executive leadership across multiple organizations, which has earned him a reputation as a trusted and results-driven leader in the industry.

Darren holds a B.S. in Operations Management from Auburn University, and he is a certified project management professional.

Mike Burnstein

Chief Growth Officer

Mike Burnstein serves as RavenTek’s Chief Growth Officer with a focus on developing and identifying new business opportunities and maximizing revenue potential. He brings 30 years of sales and executive leadership experience to the company having most recently served as President of Workplace Solutions at Diversified, a leading global technology solutions provider. As the leader of this $600 million business unit, Mike oversaw sales and operational activities, P&L responsibilities and guided the division’s strategic technology direction. 

Prior to Diversified, Mike co-founded and served as the CEO of MCW Solutions, a solutions provider in the security, AV & IT managed services space that was eventually sold to Diversified. Mike’s primary responsibilities at MCW included overseeing sales and strategic growth. Prior to MCW, he worked for Sybase, now SAP America, where he was responsible for managing the U.S. Federal Government Civilian sales territory.

Chip Stewart

VP, DoD Sales

As Vice President of DoD Sales at RavenTek, Chip Stewart brings a wealth of experience in selling various technologies to the federal government, such as VDI, EAI, SIEM security, network performance visibility, endpoint/cloud security, and infrastructure hosting services. Throughout his sales career, Chip has been a top performer for multiple OEMs and has successfully led various federal sales teams. When he’s not working, Chip enjoys spending quality time with his family and playing golf.

Matt Parsons

VP, Civilian Sales

Matt Parsons serves as the Vice President of Civilian Sales at RavenTek. With over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, Matt has a proven track record of success in selling to both commercial and federal customers. Prior to joining RavenTek in 2019, he held sales positions at Appian, Presidio, Oracle, Riverbed, and Dell.

While at RavenTek, Matt has played a crucial role in the development of the RavenVISION framework and alongside RavenTek’s CTO, Chris Riordan, Matt co-developed the solution and spearheaded the go-to-market strategy. Matt is a proud alumnus of North Carolina State University and resides in Ashburn, VA.

Ryan Coleman

VP, SLED & Commercial Sales

Ryan Coleman serves as Vice President of RavenTek’s Commercial and SLED practices, focusing on building world-class cybersecurity, observability and digital transformation solutions for his clients. Prior to RavenTek, Ryan spent more than 15 years building enterprise sales organizations in the enterprise data collection, data analytics, SaaS and cybersecurity markets. Ryan earned his Master of Business Administration and bachelor’s degree from Mount St. Mary’s University.

Carrie Veatch

Director of Proposal Operations

Carrie Veatch serves as RavenTek’s Director of Proposal Operations, leveraging her knowledge of the federal contracting lifecycle to develop, refine and streamline proposal processes, procedures, templates, and artifacts that support the submission of compelling and compliant proposals in response to government RFPs. Carrie collaborates with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, to ensure the timely and accurate submission of high-quality proposals as well as the design, development and maintenance of the company’s proposal content management system.

With 25 years of experience in proposal development and management, Carrie is a seasoned professional known for her meticulous and detail-oriented work ethic. Her career has spanned both large and small businesses, providing a wide spectrum of proposal development, business development, and capture services in support of both federal, state and commercial agencies. She has played pivotal roles in the management of strategic and tactical proposals, and her track record includes nearly $1 billion in acquisition wins, including significant recompetes and multi-billion-dollar IDIQs and GWACs.

Allison Sheehan

Financial Controller

As one of the company’s first team members, Allison Sheehan is responsible for overseeing accounting, financial reporting, and treasury functions for RavenTek. She brings more than 25 years of experience in finance with the last two decades largely focused on government contractor financial management. Prior to her involvement with RavenTek, Allison held senior management positions in finance and accounting with both large and small federal contractors located in the Fort Monmouth, NJ area. Allison holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Scranton.
